This is my favourite time of day. The heat fades, the sea breeze comes in, and everyone drifts out to the balcony. Someone lights the BBQ, the children run around, and the smell of grilled chicken and fish fills the air. As the sun slips into the South China Sea, the clouds turn gold, then orange, then soft pink, and the whole house glows.
